"We had an exceptional stay at Comfort Suites in Grand Island! My husband and I brought our 4 kids to a large week long event, and we spent 6 wonderful nights here, feeling like we were truly at home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sparkling cleanliness and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for our big family. The bed was comfortable, and we all slept like babies every night. A nice highlight was the pool - it was perfect for our kids, and they had an absolute blast splashing around and cooling off after a hot day outside. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are truly commendable. The friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and excellent location made our stay truly unforgettable. After 6 nights, we felt like we were leaving a part of our family behind! The manager was an absolute saint! We were able to book 5 rooms on the fly with an amazing rate. Without her help, we would’ve been stuck in a motel. The rooms were expansive and pristinely clean. I was thoroughly impressed.

Convenient location, right off the highway and near a gas station and Walmart. Clean room, super friendly staff! Freshly ground coffee and lemon water available 24/7 in the lobby.
Great hotel. I am used to another hotel chain but this one was worth going another direction. Beautiful room, plenty of bed, living room couch and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast options were great and plenty to choose from. They are near the freeway and lots of shopping options, grocery stores and restaurants. I would absolutely come back if needed again.
The rooms are great. It is what you would expect for a two-star hotel. That being said, you can totally take very good care of their guests and everything's a good condition. The only gripe I have the food was okay. Not horrible just okay. We did come down towards the ends of breakfast so could have been the leftovers. And the only other issue is they charged me twice. I had two pending charges. Which they were unable to help me out with so I had to go through my bank but no big deal That's why I took a couple points off
We travel every summer and are on the road 4-5 months. While our top choice is the Drury Inn & Suites, we will choose Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn and Comfort Suites depending on price and location. This particular hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was CLEAN. The room (King Suite) and bathroom was CLEAN. Kudo's to housekeeping. The breakfast area was also kept clean, and the breakfast line was kept supplied with a nice selection of items. Compliments to this franchise owner(s) that obviously cares about keeping the hotel in good running condition. It's what earns 5 stars.
